To put this in perspective, this is 3 times the size of the commercial area in Paint Works and five times the workspace in the Tobacco Factory. Squarepeg is keen to create workspace that provides a balanced quality environment for tenants and owners alike.
  • Based on accepted Employment Studies one worker per 20 sq m for office or retail floorspace. This scheme is likely to generate 350 jobs
