  • Negotiated on 'site by site basis' with Bristol City Council Planning Obligations team, with direct input from local community

  • Highway improvements - e.g. at junction of Greenbank Road/Rose Green Road
  • Pedestrian improvement - to enhance pedestrian crossing at key points
  • Travel plan - e.g. Car Club, improvements to local pedestrian, cycle and public transport infrastructure; discounted bus pass/cycle purchase
  • Improvements to local recreation facilities
  • Affordable workspace - e.g. on site provision of dedicated area for use by key 'incubator' or 'start up' businesses
  • Public space/Public realm improvemnets - e.g. Publis art feature within one of the 'public squares'
  • Education - e.g. local primary schools - Whitehall, May Park, Bannerman Road and secondary - Whitehall Fishponds Community, subject to capacity figures
