Transport assessment

The forthcoming planning application will be accompanied by a comprehensive Transport Assessment that will confirm :-

• A shared surface design which incorporates traffic calming within the scheme, ensuring a safe and permeable environment for pedestrians and cyclists
• Traffic levels associated with the proposed regeneration scheme
• Which accesses pedestrians and vehicles will use and the impact arising on the local highway network
• The restriction of delivery vehicles above 3.5 tonnes to the Greenbank Road access between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday – Friday, and 10am – 4pm on Sautrday
• Car, motorcycle and cycle parking provision
• The proposed parking management strategy to comprise small car parking spaces, shared parking and car club spaces
