Travel plan

A Travel Plan will include measures to discourage car use. The Travel Plan will include:

• a proportion of shared parking between residential and employment uses and a strategy for their management
• Car Club membership and provision of two Car Club spaces within the site, with access available to the community; A 10% sign up of new residents is expected
• a proportion of smaller parking bays to discourage large car use administered and enforced by the on-site management company
• discounted annual bus pass on first occupation
• potential for a cycle hire station as part of the successful ‘Cycle City’ bid by Bristol City Council
• discounted cycle purchase
• café / cycle shop with cycle facilities such as showers and bike hire
• secure cycle parking and showers for employment use
