After seven months of consultation, the Chocolate factory Planning Application is now with the city council and the last stage of the consultation process is underway.

Squarepeg has been true to its word and consulted widely over the past seven months and many of the ideas in the plans have been developed following the workshops or feedback from the community.

We believe this is a real opportunity to do something very special with the Chocolate Factory and something positive for Greenbank, Easton and the wider community. Homes, business accommodation and jobs are all needed in the area and the development includes all of these in a commercially viable scheme.

The full planning application is a massively detailed document. On this web site we have placed the full Design and Access Statement prepared by George Ferguson and his team at Acanthus Ferguson Mann. This is an 88-page colour document and may be a bit much for people’s home printers.
